A raw and personal indie concept album with a broad range of moods within it, as it showcases the 7 stages of grief one will move through in a break-up, from the initial meet-cute of 'She Smiles', to the darkness of the actual split in 'Falling Down', all the way through to the eventual acceptance in 'Everything To Me' and 'I Can Get Over It'. There is no stone unturned as the singer-songwriter, Stan, takes a long look at his state of mind and takes the listener along with him on a journey to acceptance and a gradual, eventual Paradigm Shift. Stan recorded most instruments and all vocals himself in a hut on an island by the Thames, in order to make the whole album as personal as possible, having been inspired by Kevin Parker of Tame Impala. He also wrote and produced the album too, other than the tracks on the EP, produced by Charlie Brown. Expect twists and turns and a genre-fluid ride as each song exacts each emotion as organically as possible.
